I did not arrive at advisory work through a consulting firm or a business school. I arrived here through five decades of doing — of building a business from the ground up, of leading teams through difficulty, of making decisions with real consequences and learning from every one of them.
That journey has given me something no classroom can teach: a deep, practical understanding of what it actually takes to run a business, lead people, serve customers, manage risk and sustain growth over the long term.

How I Think About Business
I believe that most business problems are, at their core, people problems. Strategy matters. Operations matter. But the quality of decisions — and the quality of the people making them — matters most.
I also believe that experience is only valuable when it is shared generously and applied practically. My role is not to impress you with complexity. It is to help you see your situation more clearly and move forward with greater confidence.
